3. What is your after-sales service? Can I return the shirts?

If there is a genuine quality issue with your shirt, we will review your case and offer a reasonable solution. Because international return shipping can be expensive, we usually recommend contacting our customer service before sending anything back.

1. The shipping fee may be borne by you in the following situations: you no longer want the goods you purchased, or you selected the wrong item, size, or style.

2. Discounted items and final sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. How long does shipping take?

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time: Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping time: 7–12 business days.

5. What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over €40. If the order total is less than €40, a shipping fee of €5 may apply.
